HOW TO USE TRF'S ON-LINE ORDERING SYSTEM Skip This and Take Me To The Parts Search Page For On-line Ordering Now On-line Price List and On-line Ordering Now Available We have provided customers with easy access to prices without having to page through a paper price list. The price of every item listed in TRF catalogues is now available by simply typing in the part number. A shopping cart facility allows on-line ordering, and transfer of all data is secure, allowing communication of charge card numbers on-line. Using This System for Checking Prices or for On-line Ordering If you have a parts catalogue from The Roadster Factory, you can use the on-line price list to check current retail prices. Our catalogues provide accurate descriptions of parts to assist you in making an informed purchase. If you don't have a parts catalogue for your Triumph or MG, please request one. If you are using a current sale catalogue, the sale prices will apply when your order is processed upon receipt at The Roadster Factory. Experienced staff members review every order received and provide the best current prices available. If you are using a sale catalogue, please note this fact in the “comments” area. Credit cards are the most efficient method of payment for on-line ordering, although we also provide c.o.d. and other options. Other options include store credits, gift certificates, etc. If you wish to use a method of payment other than a credit card or c.o.d., please note this fact in the “comments” area. Transmission of credit card numbers is done through a secure server link. Actual credit card processing is done by personnel at The Roadster Factory after your order is checked for best pricing and other correct information. When your have placed all of the items in which you are interested in the shopping cart, you can choose to place the order on-line, or you can print the page if you prefer to place your order by phone, by fax, or by mail. On-line ordering is simply an additional way to communicate an order to The Roadster Factory. When Your On-line Order Is Received at The Roadster Factory... Your on-line order will be sent immediately to The Roadster Factory, where it is processed by experienced staff. Best current prices are provided, the order is checked for accuracy, and it is packed and shipped, generally the same day if received by 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Any parts not in stock will be noted on the invoice and shipped as soon as they are available. Shipping charges by UPS and Post are based on the order total, plus any surcharges that may apply, and backordered items will have a 2% processing fee. Backordered parts are not charged to credit cards until they are shipped. If TRF staff have any questions about your on-line order, you will be contacted, usually by phone or e-mail.
